This collection includes specialized glass containers for food preparation and storage.

• Hourglass Jar: Features an integrated strainer and a flip-function design for easy access to contents. Includes a non-slip silicone base. Capacity: 1 L. Dimensions: 8.5 x 17.5 cm.
• Fermentation Jars: Designed for making fermented foods. Includes lids with integrated valves for automatic gas release. Capacity: 0.5 L each. Dimensions: 9 x 11 cm.
• Glass Weights: Used to keep vegetables submerged in brine during the fermentation process. Dimensions: 7 x 2.5 cm.

Usage Notes: Clean before first use and after each subsequent use. Avoid extreme temperature fluctuations to prevent glass breakage. Not suitable for high-pressure canning or oven use. Intended for fermentation and cold storage only (up to 0 °C).
