Plasma cutter with integrated compressor
The PARKSIDE PERFORMANCE PPSK 40 B2 is designed for cutting conductive metals. Its integrated compressor supplies the required compressed air, so an external compressor is not needed for operation. An additional compressed-air inlet allows an external compressor to be connected as an alternative.
The cutting current is continuously adjustable from 15 to 40 A. Maximum cutting capacity varies by material:

- Iron: 10 mm
- Stainless steel: 8 mm
- Aluminium: 8 mm
- Copper: 4 mm
Design and safety
The unit has a painted sheet-steel housing and a carrying handle. It weighs 9,8 kg. A thermal protection device with indicator light helps protect against overload, and active electric fan cooling maintains the operating temperature.
The device is designed for a 230 V / 50 Hz mains supply. It is Class A equipment; electromagnetic interference may occur in residential areas connected to a public low-voltage supply. Refer to the operating instructions.
