Cooking zones and heat control
The barbecue has 3 independent burners and 3 cooking zones: a 4.5 kW high-performance stainless-steel burner for intensive cooking, plus 2 stainless-steel burners rated at 3.5 kW each for more even heat distribution. The cooking surface has a stainless-steel grate and a warming rack that can also be used for low-temperature cooking.
Lid and ignition
The double-walled stainless-steel lid has an integrated thermometer. Two side openings allow temperature probes to be inserted without opening the lid. The barbecue has integrated piezo ignition and rotary controls.
