Adjustable Aluminum Trekking Poles
A set of 2 telescopic trekking poles for hiking and Nordic walking, with continuously adjustable height and an integrated shock-absorption system.
The clip-lock system supports up to 90 kg. The poles have tungsten carbide tips and come in blue with ergonomic EVA grips or gray with ergonomic two-component cork-content grips.

Construction and materials
The poles have a 3-part aluminum construction, with segment diameters of approximately 16, 14 and 12 mm. Their telescopic sections allow compact storage and easy transport in a backpack.
Adjustment and shock absorption
Height adjusts continuously from approximately 100 to 135 cm. The integrated shock-absorption system reduces impact when planting the poles. A clip lock secures the selected height and should be checked occasionally for firmness. Maximum load: 90 kg.
Grip variants
- Blue: ergonomic EVA grip.
- Gray: ergonomic two-component grip with cork content and ventilation openings.
Tips and included accessories
The concave tungsten carbide tips provide ground contact on stony surfaces. The set includes removable trekking pole baskets for soft ground, shock-absorbing asphalt pads made of grippy TPR plastic, and an instruction manual. The baskets help prevent the poles from sinking too far into soft ground.
Care
Check the tungsten carbide tips regularly and replace worn asphalt pads. Clean the poles with a damp cloth and dry them before storage to protect the fittings and shock-absorption components. The instruction manual includes assembly and safe-use guidance.
