Training options
The set combines a balance board, speed rope and resistance band set for coordination, endurance and strength training. The board has a textured non-slip surface and an adapter for height adjustment. Its maximum user weight is 100 kg.
Speed rope
The coated steel cable is approximately 280 cm long and adjustable, with a diameter of approximately 3.1 mm. Ball-bearing handles support fast rotation. Four handle weights allow training intensity to be varied. The handles are ergonomically shaped, and a carrying bag is included.
Resistance bands
The set includes three bands in different widths and strengths, two foam handles, one door anchor, two foot loops and a storage bag. The bands can be used for strength and stretching exercises for the chest, back, arms, core and legs.
Materials and guidance
Components are made of steel, plastic, polyester and nylon. An instruction manual with example exercises is included for beginners and experienced users.
