Gas Pizza Oven with Baking Accessories

The gas pizza oven is designed for pizza, flatbreads and baguettes. It reaches 400 °C in 15 min. Its removable cordierite stone absorbs moisture, helping produce crisp bases. Double-wall construction supports consistent heat distribution, and folding legs help save space. Other features include a built-in thermometer, a viewing window, a latch mechanism, piezo ignition and an adjustable control knob.

The baking accessories include a pizza peel with a long beechwood handle, suitable for pizzas up to 30 x 30 cm, and a folding pizza peel with a folding beechwood handle, suitable for pizzas up to 25 x 25 cm. Both are designed for loading and removing pizza, bread or flambé tart.

The set also includes a pizza cutter with a sharp, rounded stainless-steel blade, a beechwood handle and a hanging hole, plus a pizza-oven brush with brass bristles, a stainless-steel scraper and a beechwood handle. The brush dismantles for storage and transport.

Care and safety

• Dust the peel and cutter with flour before use to help prevent baked goods from sticking. Clean before first use.
• Do not use any item if it is damaged.
• The pizza cutter has a sharp blade. Keep it out of children's reach, do not touch the blade, and beware of injury.
