Compact full-body training for everyday use and travel
This set combines a balance board, speed jump rope and resistance band set for coordination, cardio and strength exercises. It is designed for beginners and experienced users and needs little storage space.
Materials and grip
The components are made from steel, plastic, polyester and nylon. The balance board has a textured, slip-resistant surface, and the adapter has slip-resistant material underneath. The jump rope has a coated, ball-bearing steel cable for fast rotations.
Adjustable training intensity
The balance board adapter adjusts the height and difficulty. The jump rope includes four handle weights, and the bands come in three resistance levels: light, medium and heavy. An instruction manual with exercise examples is included.
Portable storage
The set includes a carry bag for the jump rope and a storage bag for the bands. The jump rope length is adjustable to approximately 280 cm.
