Oil Transfer Pump

Use and performance

Designed for mobile pumping of engine oil, diesel and heating oil, this pump runs from a 12 V car battery and uses approximately 60 W. Flow is approximately 0.2 l/min for engine oil at temperatures up to 60 °C, and up to 1.5 l/min for diesel and heating oil. Actual flow may vary depending on the liquid and temperature.

Hoses and battery connection

• Suction hose: approximately 1.2 m long, approximately 6 mm outer diameter.
• Discharge hose: approximately 2 m long, approximately 12 mm outer diameter.
• Battery connection cable: approximately 2 m (2 x 0.75 mm²), with insulated clamps.

Secure the clamps to the battery and secure the suction hose in the oil container during use to help prevent splashing. Check battery polarity before connecting.

Construction and dimensions

The housing is made of plastic and steel and has non-slip feet. The pump measures approximately L 133 x W 129 x H 85 mm and weighs approximately 850 g.
