Cooking and heat performance
The cast iron construction stores heat and supports even cooking. The enamel coating on the inside and outside helps reduce sticking and makes hand cleaning easier. Raised dots on the lid collect cooking juices and return them to the food during cooking.

Care
Not dishwasher-safe. Clean by hand with warm water and mild dish soap. Use soft utensils to avoid scratching the enamel.
