Even baking for crisp results
Made from steel with an ILAG non-stick coating, the pans conduct heat evenly and help baked food release from the surface. They are suitable for use in ovens up to 230 °C.
For more than pizza
The round pans can also be used for casseroles, gratin and flammkuchen. Each measures approximately Ø 30 x H 3 cm and holds about 2.1 l. The compact size allows the pans to be stacked for storage.
Care
The pans are not dishwasher-safe. Hand-wash with mild dish soap to help preserve the non-stick coating.
