Adjustable resistance
The vest has two removable weight plates, each approximately 2.8 kg. The base vest weighs approximately 400 g, for a total weight of approximately 6 kg. Removing the plates lets you adjust the training load for running, interval training and strength exercises.
Comfort and fit
Padded shoulder straps and a padded back panel help distribute pressure during training. The adjustable one-size fit accommodates different body shapes while allowing freedom of movement.
Materials and use
