The buckwheat hull filling provides firm, shaped support for seated meditation, breathing exercises, and floor poses. Its compact size is suitable for use at home, in a studio, or while travelling.
Materials and care
The removable cover is made of 100% cotton. Wash it separately at up to 30 °C on a delicate cycle. Do not bleach or tumble dry. Iron at up to 110 °C; do not use steam. Do not dry clean.
