Grip and cushioning for training
The textured surface helps reduce slipping on different floors during standing poses, balance exercises and dynamic movement. Light cushioning helps distribute pressure while maintaining contact with the floor for balance work.
Transport and care
The included carry strap has two elastic loops to hold the rolled mat together for carrying. Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild cleaning agent, then allow it to air dry briefly. Store it dry and flat or rolled in a cool, dry place to help prevent permanent deformation.

Made of PVC. Tested according to OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100; certification number 24.HDE.85754 Hohenstein.
