Construction and cooking
The four-layer construction has an aluminium core and an outer copper layer to distribute heat quickly and evenly to the rim. The high sides help contain splashes. The pan has a maximum capacity of 2.5 litres and a usable volume of 2 litres.
Lid
The matching stainless steel and glass lid has an integrated steam outlet. Its capacity is 2.5 litres.
Compatibility and care
Suitable for gas, electric, ceramic, halogen and induction hobs. The pan is oven-safe up to 250 °C; the lid is oven-safe up to 180 °C. The pan is not dishwasher-safe.
