Weighted Fitness Rings

Training with weighted rings

The two rings weigh approximately 3.5 kg and 4 kg. Their different weights allow gradual changes in training load. They can be used for functional exercises such as rows, core exercises and dynamic movements.

Materials and handling

Each ring has an iron core for shape stability and a PVC coating that helps protect floors and hard surfaces from scratches. The coating also provides a grippy surface. Wipe the rings with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not use harsh solvents, which may damage the coating.

Dimensions

• Small ring: outer diameter approximately 23 cm; inner diameter approximately 15.5 cm
• Large ring: outer diameter approximately 31 cm; inner diameter approximately 24 cm

Included

The set includes two rings. Attachment materials, straps and special mounts are not included and must be purchased separately. The rings can be attached to existing hangers or straps.

Use and care

The PVC coating protects against brief contact with outdoor surfaces. Avoid storing the rings outdoors for extended periods to help reduce material fatigue.
