Cast Aluminium Roasting Pan

Features

The cast aluminium pan has a 6 mm base designed for even, fast heat distribution. Its ILAG ceramic non-stick coating helps food release and makes cleaning easier.

The glass lid has an aroma knob with a dosing opening for adding liquids such as wine or stock while cooking. A removable rack is included to keep food raised above the fat. Two handles support handling.

The pan is oven-safe up to 250 °C; the glass lid is heat-resistant up to 180 °C. The pan and lid are dishwasher-safe. The detailed description gives a capacity of 5.7 litres, while the specification lists a usable capacity of 5.4 litres, so capacity is omitted here.
