The lid’s drip system returns condensation to the food during cooking. The pan and lid are oven-safe up to 260 °C.

Cooking and heat distribution
The pan is made of cast iron, with a base thickness of approximately 4.9 mm. Its construction retains and distributes heat evenly. The lid’s drip system collects condensation on its raised points and lets it fall back onto the food.
Cooktop and oven use
Suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction. The pan and lid are oven-safe up to 260 °C.
Care
The enamel coating is on the inside and outside. The pan is not dishwasher-safe; clean it gently by hand. Avoid abrasive cleaning products to help preserve the coating.
