Charcoal Smoker Grill
This charcoal smoker can be used for low-temperature smoking, smoking at higher temperatures and conventional charcoal grilling. Its temperature range is 0–530°C.
Two cooking grates provide two levels, while four independently adjustable air vents help control heat and smoke. It has an enamelled steel body, a removable water bowl and a removable ash pan.

Heat control and cooking
The 0–530°C temperature range supports a variety of cooking methods, from low-temperature smoking to searing. Four independently adjustable air vents regulate airflow, and the lid thermometer lets you monitor the temperature without opening the lid.
Use the smoker for traditional smoking or as a smoker or conventional charcoal barbecue. Two cooking grates provide space for cooking on two levels.
Construction and handling
The body, main chamber and lid are made of enamelled steel. The removable water bowl helps regulate the cooking temperature, and the removable ash pan makes ash removal easier. An aluminium access door with a Bakelite handle allows charcoal or smoking materials to be added without lifting the lid.
The sturdy tripod supports the smoker. Its approximate total weight is 12 kg.
