Temperature control
Choose a temperature from approximately 130–190 °C, or use the dedicated 170 °C setting. The source describes this setting as intended to reduce acrylamide formation when frying, while supporting crisp results.
The 1900 W heating element brings the fryer up to the selected temperature. Indicator lights show when the unit is on and ready.
Capacity and storage
The oil pan holds 2.1 l, and the frying basket accommodates up to 500 g. The basket handle folds down, and the heat-insulated housing has integrated carrying handles. Dimensions are L 30.7 x W 27 x H 23.5 cm.
Cleaning and handling
The removable lid has an aluminium permanent grease filter. The lid and frying basket are dishwasher-safe. The oil pan has an ILAG non-stick coating. The housing is heat-insulated, which reduces its outer-surface temperature; handle moving parts with care.
Timer
The removable timer can be set for up to 60 minutes and sounds an alarm when the time is up. A battery for the timer is included.
