Enamelled Cast Iron Frying Pan

Construction and cooking
The cast iron body retains heat and helps distribute it evenly. The enamel coating on the inside and outside helps reduce sticking and makes the surface easier to clean.
The pan is suitable for all types of hobs, including induction. Its solid base is approximately 0.45 cm thick. It is oven-safe up to approximately 260 °C, so dishes can be finished in the oven without transferring them to another dish.
Handling and care
A metal handle and an opposite helper handle provide two points to grip when moving the pan. Pouring spouts on both sides help pour sauces, stock or fat with less dripping. The pan weighs approximately 3.40 kg.
Hand washing is recommended. Clean with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry by wiping. The pan is not dishwasher-safe.
