Power and speed control

The 400 W motor has five speed settings for different tasks. Lower speeds are suited to folding in delicate ingredients, medium speeds to sponge cake batter, and higher speeds to whipping cream or egg whites. The turbo button provides additional power for mixing thicker doughs or larger quantities.

Comfort and cleaning

The ergonomic handle is designed for a comfortable grip, and the eject button makes it easy to remove attachments. The included beaters and dough hooks are made of stainless steel and are dishwasher-safe. The mixer weighs approximately 1.06 kg.

The mixer is suitable for light to medium doughs, cream, egg whites and yeast dough. For very heavy bread doughs, a stand mixer or dedicated kneading machine may be more suitable.

Handling

The cable is approximately 1.5 m long, providing room to work on a countertop. Use the turbo button briefly and sparingly to mix ingredients quickly and help break up firm lumps while avoiding splashes.
