Surface preparation and cleaning
The sandblasting gun is designed to remove paint, varnish and rust. Its adjustable abrasive flow and included attachments support work on surfaces, points, edges and interior areas. The cleaning gun is suitable for upholstery, mats and hard-to-reach areas. Its removable reservoir makes refilling easier, and its ergonomic, cold-insulating grip supports extended use.
Air supply and capacity
- Sandblasting gun: maximum working pressure of 6.3 bar; air consumption up to 320 l/min.
- Cleaning gun: working pressure of 6.2 bar; air consumption of 210–270 l/min.
- Reservoir capacity: approximately 0.9 l for the sandblasting gun and approximately 1 l for the cleaning gun.
- A compressor with a tank capacity of at least 50 litres is recommended. For frequent continuous use, a larger tank or a more powerful compressor may be beneficial.
Included accessories
The set includes attachments for surfaces, points, edges and interior areas, 2 kg of abrasive with grain size 40–60, a collection bag with screw clamp and a connection nipple. A compressed-air hose is not included and must be purchased separately.
Materials and care
The cleaning gun housing is made of powder-coated aluminium, with plastic and stainless steel components. After use, remove abrasive and dirt from the reservoirs, check the nozzles and clean them with a suitable cleaning agent if needed. Dry the guns and store them in a dry place.
Abrasive compatibility
The sandblasting gun is designed for common abrasives with a grain size of 0.2–0.8 mm. The included abrasive has grain size 40–60.
