Cooking asparagus and vegetables
The removable asparagus insert helps lift food out of the pot and drain it. An internal liter scale helps measure water or broth. The capacity is approximately 4 l, suitable for side dishes or portions for two to three people.
Construction and use
The stainless steel pot has a 5 mm capsule sandwich base designed to distribute heat evenly. It comes with a glass lid with a steam vent. The pot is heat-resistant up to 250 °C; the glass lid is heat-resistant up to 180 °C.
Cleaning and compatibility
The pot and insert are dishwasher-safe. Clean the pot before first use and after each use. It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.
