Even heat distribution and non-stick cooking
The cast aluminum body distributes heat quickly and evenly across the cooking surface. A 6 mm base helps retain and release heat. The pan has a diameter of approximately 28 cm and weighs approximately 1.1 kg.
The ILAG® non-stick coating is described as scratch-resistant and highly wear-resistant. The pan is dishwasher-safe; mild cleaning is recommended to help preserve the coating.
Hob and oven use
Suitable for all hob types, including induction, with an embedded stainless steel induction plate in the base. Oven-safe up to 160 °C.
Handling and included lid
Two side handles have a phenolic resin construction and a silicone soft-touch coating. The included glass lid has a stainless steel rim and a steam vent. The pan is suitable for low-fat frying, searing, sautéing, and serving side dishes or smaller main dishes.
