This electric planer is designed for planing surfaces, chamfering edges, cutting rebates and removing coatings. It has a 950 W motor, a planing width of 82 mm and adjustable cutting depth.

A soft-grip guide knob supports controlled handling, and the chip ejection can be directed to the left or right. The supplied accessories include a parallel guide, rebate depth stop, hex key, open-ended spanner, external dust extraction adapter and dust bag.

Power and cutting

The 950-watt motor runs at an idle speed of 16 000 min⁻¹. Cutting depth adjusts in 0,1 mm increments up to 4 mm. The planer is suitable for rapid material removal as well as controlled adjustments.

Three reversible carbide blades provide cutting edges for planing. The 82 mm planing width supports broad passes, and three V-grooves help chamfer edges. The integrated kickstand allows the tool to rest without contacting the workpiece. Soft start and motor thermal protection support operation.

Handling and applications

Use the planer for surfaces, edge chamfering, rebates up to a maximum of 24 mm, coating removal and preparatory woodworking. The chip ejection direction can be selected for left or right side discharge. An external dust extraction adapter is supplied for connection to compatible extraction systems.
