Surface preparation and controlled abrasive flow
The sandblasting gun is designed to remove paint, coatings and rust. It has a maximum working pressure of 6.3 bar, maximum air consumption of 320 l/min, and a 0.9 l abrasive tank. The abrasive flow is adjustable to suit the material and level of contamination.
Included accessories
- Collection bag with screw clamp
- Connection nipple
- Four attachments: flat, point, edge and inside-corner
- 2 kg of abrasive, grain size 40–60
The supplied abrasive is included; other commonly available abrasives should have a grain size of 0.2–0.8 mm. A compressor with a tank capacity of at least 50 litres is recommended.
Materials and care
Made from plastic, stainless steel and aluminium. The source lists the sandblasting gun at approximately 450 g and the pneumatic cleaning gun variant at approximately 646.5 g. Regularly clean the nozzles and check the connections; wear parts are accessible.
