Use and features
The mold is designed for baking and gratinating in an air fryer. Its smooth surface helps release dough, casseroles and fries after cooking. The platinum silicone is described as taste- and odour-neutral.
The range includes three shapes and capacities: Standard (square, 2.1 l), Double chamber (rectangular, 1.8 l) and Fries (round, 1.7 l). The double-chamber version is suitable for preparing two components at the same time.
Care and safe use
- Dishwasher-safe; alternatively, wash with warm water and a little washing-up liquid.
- Microwave-safe.
- Withstands temperatures from -40 to 250 °C.
- Designed for air fryer use; not recommended for direct heat sources such as a grill or hob. Avoid direct contact with open flames.
- Check the air fryer basket size and ensure the mold sits securely so air can circulate.
