The solid cast aluminum base provides even heat distribution. The pot has two silicone-coated soft-touch handles and a glass lid with a steam vent for monitoring cooking.
Care and oven use
The pot is dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 160 °C. Wooden or silicone utensils are recommended to help protect the scratch-resistant, hard-wearing coating.
