Even heating and browning
The cast iron body provides sustained, even heat distribution. The base is approximately 0.47 cm thick to help maintain a stable temperature.
Lid drip system
Nubs on the underside of the lid collect cooking liquid and return it to the food in fine drops, helping keep meat and vegetables moist without frequent basting.
Cooking and care
Suitable for gas, glass ceramic, halogen, electric and induction hobs. Oven-safe to approximately 260 °C. It is not dishwasher-safe; hand wash with warm water and mild detergent to care for the enamel coating.
