Pneumatic Tool Set
A three-part pneumatic set for cutting sheet metal, removing rust and treating compressed air. It includes a sheet metal nibbler, a needle scaler and an air maintenance unit.
The nibbler cuts steel up to 1.2 mm and aluminium up to 1.6 mm. The needle scaler has 19 steel needles, and the maintenance unit combines pressure regulation, water separation and mist lubrication.

Sheet Metal Nibbler PDNB 6.3 C3
Designed for straight and curved cuts in sheet steel and aluminium, with a 5.5 mm cutting width and a designed speed of up to 3600 min⁻¹. Maximum cutting capacity is 1.2 mm in steel and 1.6 mm in aluminium. The safety switch has a start lock. The housing is powder-coated aluminium.
Needle Scaler PDNE 4000 C3
For removing paint, rust and stubborn dirt. It has 19 steel needles, a maximum impact rate of 4000 min⁻¹, an integrated pressure regulator and an anti-slip soft grip.
Air Maintenance Unit PDWE 8 C3
Combines a pressure regulator, water separator and mist lubricator. The adjustable pressure range is 0.5–8 bar. It has a pressure gauge, a replaceable filter with drain valve and a removable reservoir that can be detached without tools. Wall mounting and mounting hardware are provided.
Use and included items
A compressor with a tank capacity of at least 50 litres is recommended for stable operation. The compressed-air hose and compressor are not included. A 1/4" plug nipple with sealing ring is pre-installed; accessories depend on the module and include a quick coupling and mounting hardware.
Check the working pressure before use, wear suitable protective clothing and guide the nibbler slowly and evenly to help prevent material distortion.
