Pull-Up Bar, Suspension Trainer and Rotating Push-Up Handles
A home and travel strength-training set with a pull-up bar for doorways 70–81 cm wide, an adjustable non-elastic suspension trainer, and rotating push-up handles designed to reduce wrist strain.

Upper-body training at home
The pull-up bar fits doorways 70–81 cm wide and has foam grips and a steel and plastic construction. Different grip positions support exercises for the back, shoulders and arms. It has a maximum load of 110 kg.
Adjustable suspension training
The non-elastic straps adjust from approximately 215 to 271 cm. Foot loops, handles and adjustment buckles allow exercise setup for the core, legs and pulling muscles. The suspension trainer has a maximum load of 125 kg.
Rotating push-up handles
The rotating grip allows natural arm movement during push-ups, while the non-slip surface supports a stable hold. Each handle set measures approximately Ø 19.5 × H 11 cm and has a maximum load of 100 kg.
Setup and included items
