Stainless Steel Casserole Dish, 28 cm
This 28 cm stainless steel casserole dish has an ILAG® non-stick coating for easier turning and cleaning. It is suitable for all cooktops, including induction.
A capped sandwich base with an aluminium core supports even heating. The dish is dishwasher-safe and oven-safe up to 250 °C; the glass lid is oven-safe up to 180 °C.

Cooking and handling
The ILAG® non-stick coating helps food release from the cooking surface and can reduce the need for fat when frying. A honeycomb base supports browning. The capped sandwich base has an aluminium core and a thickness of approx. 5.6 mm for fast, even heat distribution.
The casserole dish is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. Its glass lid has a steam vent, and the stainless steel handles provide a steady grip when moving the dish from the hob to the table.
Capacity and care
Maximum capacity is 5.45 l, with a usable volume of approx. 4.3 l. The casserole dish is dishwasher-safe. Occasional careful hand washing is recommended to help extend the coating's life.
