Suction Lifter

Set contents and use

The set combines one double suction lifter, two single suction lifters and two mini one-handed suction lifters. Use the double lifter to raise and position larger panels; the single lifters can help in confined spaces or with positioning, while the mini versions are intended for small parts and light materials.

Construction and handling

Each suction cup is made of pressure-resistant plastic and has a quick-release lever for attachment and removal. The lifters are suited to smooth, non-porous, sealed surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic and polished stone.

Load capacities

• Double suction lifter: up to 70 kg horizontally and 45 kg vertically.
• Each single suction lifter: up to 35 kg horizontally and 30 kg vertically.
• Mini one-handed suction lifter: up to 8 kg horizontally and 5 kg vertically.

These capacities apply to clean, dry, smooth surfaces at room temperature (approximately 20 °C). Moisture, dirt and other surface properties can reduce holding force. Before lifting, ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of oil or grease. For use in cold or damp conditions, inspect the suction cups before lifting.

Mini suction lifters

The mini one-handed suction lifters have a suction cup diameter of approximately 6.9 cm and use a lever for one-handed operation. They are intended for small parts, repair work and removing small glass surfaces.

Releasing the suction cups

Use the quick-release lever to release the cups in a controlled manner. Lift the edge of the cup evenly and do not use sharp objects.
