Training options
This CRIVIT selection offers three different products for home exercise: a balance board to train balance and coordination, a soft gym ball for ergonomic sitting or versatile exercise, and a fitness band set for adaptable strength training.
Balance board
The board has a structured, non-slip surface to challenge coordination and work different muscle groups. A height-adjustment adapter is included and can be attached underneath to increase the difficulty. Non-slip material under the board and adapter helps with stability. Maximum user weight: 100 kg.
Soft gym ball
The 65 cm diameter ball can be used as an ergonomic seat or for varied exercises. It supports up to 120 kg and can be inflated with a standard foot pump or hand pump; a pump is not included. Included accessories are an air-release tube, two closure plugs, a pump adapter and a closure-plug remover.
Fitness band set
The 9-piece set contains three bands with different resistances: Light (light grey), Medium (orange) and Intense (black). It also includes two foam handles, two foot straps, one door anchor and one storage bag.
