Product details
Cooking and heat distribution
The aluminum body has an inset stainless steel induction plate and a base thickness of approximately 5 mm. It is designed to distribute heat evenly and is oven-safe up to approximately 160 °C.
Coating and care
The ILAG® nonstick coating helps food release and makes cleaning easier. Wooden or silicone utensils are recommended to protect the surface. The pot is dishwasher-safe; gentle hand washing may help extend the coating’s life. Do not use damaged products.
Lid and handling
The tempered glass lid has a silicone rim and two marked straining openings. A measuring scale inside the pot marks 1.0 l, 1.5 l, 2.0 l, 2.5 l, 3.0 l, 3.5 l and 4.0 l. The cast aluminum handles have removable silicone sleeves.
Capacity
Maximum capacity is approximately 5 l, with a useful capacity of approximately 4 l.
