Even heat distribution
The cast aluminum body has a base thickness of approx. 0.6 cm. An inset stainless steel induction plate supports use on induction cooktops, while the pan is also suitable for ceramic, gas and electric cooktops.
Non-stick coating
The ILAG Ultimate HL coating helps reduce food sticking and makes cleaning easier. Using plastic or wooden utensils is recommended to help protect the coating.
Handling and oven use
The handle has a soft-touch, non-slip surface. The pan is oven-safe up to 160 °C and weighs approx. 760 g.
Cleaning
The pan is dishwasher-safe. Occasional handwashing with mild dish soap is recommended to help extend its service life.
