Electric Food Chopper

Power and speed settings

The 500 W motor has two speed settings: approximately 5,000 rpm and 6,300 rpm. Use the lower setting for coarser chopping and the higher setting for finer results or harder ingredients.

Bowl and blades

The glass bowl has a total capacity of approximately 1.2 l and a recommended usable volume of approximately 0.5 l. The removable blade attachment has two stainless steel blades. The chopper can process vegetables, fruit, herbs and nuts, and crush ice; short pulses are recommended for ice and particularly hard ingredients such as whole almonds.

Included accessory and operation

An emulsifying attachment is included for whipping cream or emulsifying dressings. Easy-push controls operate the two speeds. A non-slip ring helps stabilize the appliance, and the safety stop stops the blades when the lid is removed. The cord is approximately 100 cm long.

Cleaning

The blades, lid, bowl, non-slip ring and emulsifying attachment are dishwasher-safe. Do not put the motor unit in the dishwasher; clean it with a damp cloth.
