Enameled Cast Iron Casserole
This cast iron casserole is suitable for all hob types, including induction, and for oven use up to 260 °C. Its lid has a raised profile that collects cooking juices and lets them drip back onto the food.
The enamel coating is applied inside and out. Hand washing with warm water and mild detergent is recommended; the casserole is not dishwasher-safe.

Even heat for slow cooking and roasting
Cast iron conducts heat and releases it over time for even cooking. The base is approximately 4.7 mm thick to support stable temperature distribution. The lid’s Drop System collects cooking juices and drips them back onto the food.
For hob and oven use
Suitable for all hob types, including induction, the casserole is oven-safe up to 260 °C. Two side handles help with moving it between the hob, oven and table.
Care and dimensions
The enamel coating covers the inside and outside. The casserole is not dishwasher-safe; hand washing with warm water and mild detergent is recommended.
