HSS drill set for metalworking

The set includes four types of HSS tools: 15 twist drills, 4 cross-hole countersinks, 3 sheet metal step drills, and 6 conical deburring countersinks. The selection covers fine drilling, larger sheet metal holes, countersinking, and deburring.

Twist drills

• 15 sizes from 1.0 to 12 mm, including 3.2 mm and 4.2 mm.
• Point angle: 118° for diameters 1.0–2.5 mm; 135° for 3.0–12 mm.

Cross-hole countersinks

• 4 size ranges: 2–5 mm, 5–10 mm, 10–15 mm, and 15–20 mm.
• Countersink angle: 90°.

Sheet metal step drills

• 3 size ranges: 3–14 mm, 5–20 mm, and 16–30.5 mm.
• Conical angle: 20°; shank diameters: 6, 8, and 10 mm.

Conical deburring countersinks

• 6 diameters: 6.3, 8.3, 10.4, 12.4, 16.5, and 20.5 mm.
• Countersink angle: 90°.

Use and storage

Designed for metalworking, including sheet steel, mild steel, and similar metals. For very hard materials, the source recommends using purpose-made carbide tools. The tools are sorted in a storage case for organized storage and transport.

The sheet metal step drills have 6, 8, and 10 mm shanks and fit standard drill chucks that accept those shank diameters. Special machines may require a chuck adapter.
