Kinesiology Tape

Support and movement
The elastic tape can provide support for muscle tension without restricting freedom of movement. It stretches to 130–140% and can be used during static or dynamic activity to support a feeling of stability and movement.
Material and wear
Made from 95% cotton and 5% elastane, the tape adapts to the skin. Its surface is water-resistant and breathable, so showering and sweating do not immediately affect its function. It is dermatologically tested and latex-free. Wear time is up to 7 days, provided the instructions and application limitations are followed.
Application
Each tape measures approximately L 500 × W 5 cm and can be cut to size and applied in different shapes. Follow the instructions. For complex complaints, consult a qualified professional. The tape is intended as supportive use for functional complaints and is not a substitute for medical treatment.
