Organized storage for small parts

The set includes two magnetic trays, each about 226 × 65 × 29 mm, with magnetic bases measuring Ø 40 mm. Their magnetic force is about 800–1000 gauss. The trays weigh about 465 g per set. A separate magnetic tray measures about 238 × 138 × 34 mm and has Ø 80 mm magnetic bases with a force of about 800–1000 gauss; it weighs about 576 g.

Magnetic rail

The rail measures about 452 × 24 × 13 mm and has Ø 50 × H 18 mm magnets with a force of about 1000–1200 gauss. It supports up to 10 kg. Wall plugs and screws for mounting are included. Check the wall surface before installation and use suitable fasteners if needed. The rail weighs about 640 g.

Inspection tools

The two-piece inspection set includes a mirror and a magnetic pick-up tool, both with telescopic shafts and double ball joints for adjustable angles. The mirror measures Ø 50 mm and extends from 160–620 mm; the pick-up tool extends from 240–800 mm. The pick-up tool has an LED and magnetic force of about 1800–2000 gauss. It weighs 77 g without a battery and is supplied with 3 × 1.5 V LR44 batteries.

Materials and safety

The trays are made of SUS 430 stainless steel with Y30BH magnetic bases and PVC coating. The rail is coated carbon steel with a Y30BH magnet. The inspection set has a steel head, stainless steel telescopic shaft and PVC handle.

Keep magnets away from pacemakers, magnetic cards, mobile phones and sensitive electronics. Keep small parts away from children because they may be swallowed.
