Power and capacity
The food processor has a maximum cooking power of 1050 W and mixing power of 1000 W. It can process dough containing up to 1 kg of flour. The stainless steel bowl has a total capacity of 4,5 l and a usable capacity of up to 3 l for liquids.
Controls and programmes
The 8" touchscreen displays step-by-step instructions and allows manual adjustment of temperature, time and speed. Temperature is adjustable from 37 to 130 °C in 5 °C increments. There are 10 speed levels, a turbo function and reverse rotation for gentle mixing. The timer runs for up to 99 minutes. Automatic programmes include kneading, steaming, browning, fermentation and sous-vide cooking.
Connected recipes
With Wi-Fi enabled, the appliance provides recipe updates and access to a recipe app with shopping lists, a weekly planner and recipe management. COOKING-PILOT includes more than 600 preinstalled instructions. Video Guided Cooking offers visual help for selected recipes. Voice control via Google Assistant is available when Wi-Fi is enabled.
Safety and cleaning
Suction feet help keep the appliance stable. It has a separate on/off switch and an automatic timer. Most accessories are dishwasher-safe. The spatula has a removable silicone tip, and a cord compartment supports tidy storage.
