Product details
Versatile cooking options
The perforated surfaces support even browning and allow excess fat to drain. Smaller pieces are suited to delicate foods, the round pan to small ingredients, and the large grill plate provides room for several portions. The marinade tray has a removable rack for indirect cooking and serving.
Stainless steel construction
The stainless steel surfaces are designed to withstand heat and frequent cleaning. The pieces can be used on gas, electric and charcoal grills and are designed to sit securely on conventional grills.
Cleaning
Smooth stainless steel surfaces can be cleaned by hand or, in many cases, in a dishwasher. For persistent residue, soaking beforehand is recommended. The removable rack makes the marinade tray easier to clean.
