The lightweight chiffon outer layer falls fluidly, while the body is fully lined for an opaque appearance. The tunic neckline has ruffles and a tie that can be adjusted at the neckline. Tiered ruffles add movement to the skirt; the lightly sheer sleeves end in smocked cuffs.
