Included accessories and uses

• Sanding belt set: Six grit sizes for coarse material removal through fine finishing. The belt measures approximately 50 x 686 mm and uses aluminium oxide.
• Grinding wheel: Silicon carbide wheel for working with soft and hard metals. Four reducer rings are included: 12.7 mm, 15.88 mm, 19.05 mm and 25.4 mm.
• Polishing wheel: Made of 100% cotton for polishing metals, including stainless steel. Measures approximately 150 x 20 x 12 mm.
• Diamond dresser: Its diamond-coated tip dresses and trues grinding wheels.
• Cleaning rubber: Removes residue from sanding belts to help maintain their cutting performance.

The sanding belt set uses aluminium oxide; the grinding wheel uses silicon carbide; the polishing wheel is made of 100% cotton. The diamond dresser is diamond-coated, and the cleaning rubber is rubber.

Designed for common bench belt and disc sanders, including compatible PARKSIDE models that support the stated belt and wheel sizes. Check dimensions before fitting the reducer rings to other equipment.

Inspect the grinding wheel visually and dress it when wear is uneven or material buildup affects its performance. Tap out the polishing wheel after use; suitable cleaning products may be used carefully. Replace it if heavily soiled. Use replacement sanding belts in the stated dimensions and select the grit appropriate to the task.
