Even heat for searing and stewing

The cast iron construction retains heat and distributes it evenly. The smooth enamel coating on the inside and outside helps reduce sticking and makes cleaning easier. The pan is heavy, so take care to hold the handle and lid securely when moving it.

Lid with drip system

The included lid has small raised points that collect cooking liquid and return it to the food as drops, helping retain moisture during cooking. The pan and lid are oven-safe up to 260 °C and suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.

Care

The pan is not dishwasher-safe. Wash it by hand with warm water and mild detergent. Remove stubborn residue with a wooden or plastic spatula.

Capacity and included items

Maximum capacity is 2.4 l, with an approximate usable volume of 1.9 l. The supplied items are the pan with lid and instructions for use.
