Workshop and hobby applications

The accessory variants cover rust removal and preparation for soldering or welding, surface polishing, and pumping water to or from pools and rain barrels. Choose the attachment for the material and task.

Wire brush set

Includes two wheel brushes, one cup brush and one end brush. Designed for removing rust and cleaning metal and stone. C45 tool steel shanks support use at speeds up to 4,500 min⁻¹.

Polishing set

Includes a polishing wheel, mushroom polishing wheel, pre-polishing and finishing pastes, cotton polishing wheel, mandrel and clamping plates. Recommended maximum speed: 4,000 min⁻¹. For smooth surfaces of metal, stone, wood and hard plastics.

Brass-coloured wire brush set

Uses brass steel wire for finer sanding and rust removal. Designed for speeds up to 4,500 min⁻¹. Take care when working on delicate or painted surfaces and test in an inconspicuous area first.

Nylon brush set

PA6 bristles are intended for cleaning, fine sanding and texturing wood. The softer bristles can help reduce scratching and prepare wood for treatments such as oil or lacquer.

Drill pump

The pump has a plastic housing, a 6 mm shank and a capacity of up to 1,300 l/h at a maximum speed of 2,800 min⁻¹. Maximum delivery head: 15 m; maximum suction height: 3 m. A drill with approximately 600–800 W is recommended. It has a 13 mm (½-inch) hose connection and measures approximately 11.7 × 8.77 × 7.9 cm.

Materials and safe use

Some shanks are made of C45 tool steel. The polishing felt is sheep's wool felt. The pump is compatible with common drill brands and is supplied with fastening material. Wear safety glasses and suitable gloves when using brushes, and secure workpieces firmly. Use polishing paste in measured amounts and observe the polishing set's recommended maximum speed.
