The pot has stainless steel on the outside and an aluminium core. Its base is 3.2 mm thick, helping maintain a steady temperature during cooking.
Honeycomb surface and non-stick coating
The raised honeycomb surface protects the ILAG non-stick coating from scratches and wear. It supports low-fat cooking and easier release of food. The surface is dishwasher-safe; mild hand washing can extend the coating's life.
Glass lid and everyday handling
The transparent glass lid has a steam outlet for controlled cooking. The pouring rim and side handles support serving and handling. The glass lid is heat-resistant up to 180 °C, and the pot up to 250 °C. The usable capacity is approximately 2.3 l.
Suitable for all hob types, including induction.
