Automatic crimping pliers
Crimping performance
The pliers crimp wire ferrules according to DIN 46228. Their square crimp is designed to distribute force evenly and create stable electrical connections.
The automatic mechanism adjusts the crimping force to the ferrule size. The pliers are suitable for cable cross-sections from 0,25–10 mm².
Materials and handling
The pliers have a plastic handle and are 170 mm long. The set includes brass wire ferrules with PP insulation and weighs approximately 780 g.
Set contents and safety
The 1801-part set includes the automatic crimping pliers and wire ferrules in common sizes up to 10 mm². Small parts present a swallowing hazard; keep children away from the work area. Switch off the power before working on electrical installations.
