Bamboo Cutting Board

Features

The solid bamboo surface is described as cut-resistant and gentle on knife edges. A groove around the edge collects juices from foods such as fruit, vegetables and meat.

Choose the large board, approximately 36 x 26 cm, or a set of 2 small boards, each approximately 26 x 18 cm. The smaller boards can be used separately for raw and cooked ingredients to help avoid cross-contamination.

Care

Not dishwasher-safe. Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap, then dry with a cloth. Store in a dry place, preferably upright with air circulation. If needed, treat the surface with food-safe oil.

Not suitable for ovens or direct heat.
